Taking someone to court, and winning, doesn't mean you'll get your money. And if the other party cannot pay, because of hardship (they just don't have the money or any assets) then not only do you not get your money, but you're out the litigation fees, as well.

Suing someone isn't always an automatic.

That's not my style. Kenom (Ken) was a friend that I met here, and I had trusted him to do the right thing. Even with what has occured, I have no animosity towards him. I knew that he was having financial difficulties, which was why I agreed to put up the funding for the LPM project. But I did this with the understanding that he would be paying me back some as each LPM was sold. That did not happen, hence the reason that he did not get the last batch of Ophir heads from me. I had to put my foot down, as he was already asking me to invest more money and buy more of the Ophir heads for him. With many many thousands of dollars of my money already spent, and no money coming back to me, I had to cut him off.

Definitely sorry to hear that. I wasn't aware of this happening just the groove people getting ripped off. All this happened before i became a member.

Kenom, people should at least tell people what´s going on!!

They shouldn´t suffer from your life problems! But may have a bit more understanding for now if you´re telling them what´s going on.
 
It took a long time but he did recently refund the over $300 he owed me for the last Groove group buy. He did take a long time and I was worried but he did come through for me eventually. I hope the same can be said for everyone at some point.

It sounds like refunding for 78 Ophir heads might be difficult for him though. That sounds like a lot of cash. I don't know how I would have handled that much money being owed. I figured I had the most owed to me because I ordered 11 Grooves. I did not need them and mainly did it to get the Group Buy going quicker and knew I would just sell them later.

Sad to hear about your wife Bob_Boyce. I am sure the Ophir head thing certainly didn't help matters.
