What is your internet connection speed?

I remember when I upgraded my dial up modem from 14.4 Kbs to 56K, it was an awesome speed increase.... pitiful to present standards.

Don't have a pic, but campus gigabit is reaaaaal nice. Especially compared to my 3 down/ .6 up back home!

In reality DOCSIS 3.0 can do 245.76Mbit/sec upload. I don't know who gave you that pathetic number. We are much worse off in Canada than you are with astronomical prices for bandwidth. Our Government can't seem to understand that information infrastructure is just as important as roads and highways are. We have to get Canada out of the 1990's in terms of data speeds and these ridiculous prices.

I have Verizon Fios 50 down/50 up. I started out with their 300/300, but it was overkill and too much money.
 
quite bad internet here at college I've got 0.72Mbps down and 0.30Mbps up with a ping of 25ms on the first test, the second I download speed was at 7.30Mbps.

My internet conection speed is variable. Depending where I'm, what device I use... Somewhere it is practically unlimited optics, somewhere it is as low as mobile connection could be down to no connection at all. :D

Mine is about the same, but I only pay $37.95/ month. I've had it for a couple of years. I could increase it, but it is not worth the extra $$$ to me.

Not bad for that price! I'm at $150/mo, 300GB cap. I could go up to 125/6 with a 400GB cap for ~$200/mo, but it's not worth it. That's the highest consumer package available. Really I want more upload, I don't need more download.
