PERMANENT THREAD: Ebay& other internet FINDS of interest- read all the OP please sub

Re: PERMANENT THREAD: Ebay& other internet FINDS of interest- read all the OP please

Really? He's helped me out lots of times...

Re: PERMANENT THREAD: Ebay& other internet FINDS of interest- read all the OP please

Yea, me too, I bought things from him for over two years, probably 30 or more times then he has a baby, disappears from the internet and refuses to answer my emails about not sending 250 dollars of items I bought from him. One item had gone past the time to make a claim, the other two items I caught him on time for. Then, when his ebay account was cancelled, I assume from having done this to others, he makes a new account and blocks me from communicating with him.

He used to sell under ebay name goodgadgets2u, now TCLE2745, first name is Tony. Is this the same guy you bought from? If not, then there is a terrible misunderstanding going on here but he won't respond to my emails asking if he is the same guy, just blocked me instead. Looks like the same guy, he mails his stuff with the same paper towels wrapped around each item with clear tape wrapped around the paper towels which often have dog hairs stuck to the tape. I ordered another item from him a few months ago under my wife's name and ebay account he didn't recognize, but he did ship that item. If this is the same guy he is too greedy to make it right with me for the other item I couldn't claim against due to filing too late, or is just mad I turned him into ebay for not sending my stuff, either way it's all his doing, I was a good customer.

Huummmm... Are these the ones which can do over 1.25 watts out or limited to 1W? Price seems low:

Nichia 1W NDG7475T 520nm 1000mW 9mm Green High Power Laser Diode Laser Module | eBay

Pretty sure the NDG7475's can be pushed all the way up to 1.5W. That's a really nice price, but the seller only has 8 feedback. Quite honestly I don't know where I stand on this, the price is so low it's almost worth the risk, then again, if it seems too good to be true it probably is.

There are a bunch of sellers with the green diodes cheaper than DTR's. Not sure I trust them, but on that one the difference is probably worth the risk, it's almost 50%.

Just wish DTR would lower his green prices :)

Ditto. I really want a higher power green.

But still pricey.

DTR's 700mw 520nm green is higher priced than this one, I don't see how you can go wrong if it is 1000mw capable.

I'd ask for some power graphs before ordering, just to be sure.

Re: PERMANENT THREAD: Ebay& other internet FINDS of interest- read all the OP please

I asked, lets see what he replies. I see he listed five of them for $1050 USD, that's 210 dollars each of course.

There's also a 500mW diode. This may very well be that diode. It's slightly cheaper than the 700mW.

I'd echo the comment that you need to request power graphs.

Re: PERMANENT THREAD: Ebay& other internet FINDS of interest- read all the OP please

I would be interested to see the results if someone grabbed one. I have had quite a few reports of 700mW sold as 1W from several different china sellers but not seen any feedback from this seller.

There are three diodes available.

500mW rated that can be run to 800mW on average with 1.8A and G-2(this may be really pushing this one)
700mW rated that can be run to 1050mW on average with 1.8A and G-2
1000mW rated that can be run to 1400mW on average with 2.4A and G-2

Re: PERMANENT THREAD: Ebay& other internet FINDS of interest- read all the OP please

I just wonder why they made 3 different variations. Seems a bit pointless, no?
