My Rainbow -- Post Pic's of Yours

2 questions: 1) Which is the 473 you recently bought? 2) Why do you have 2 Arctics?

EDIT: 808 posts! I'm the nasty fellow that messes up the power readings on your greenie! :eg:

the 473 is the really dim one with the 3 white pins around the aperture. Its so dim because I put the optical feedback back on so my stabilization LED would work again, it is way brighter IRL, camera just can't pick it up with the high powers its between. One arctic is a G1 and one is a G2. ;)

What power are those green handhelds? A nice Hercules, and you lack some yellow, not only red. :D A nice rainbow nonetheless. :)

This Is by far not my whole collection.

But pretty Nice Picutres.:)

From Left to Right.

At the Time of these Picutres,

445nm 758mW , 532nm 148mW , 445nm 1.25W , 532nm 24mW , 405nm 110mW , 660nm 240mW , 405nm 583mW

I wish i had enough batteries to power my whole collection up at once. That would make my day.:D

lazeerer - how much fog or smoke did you use? Nice pics though. Rayfoss is shipping my first 405nm right now and I wanted to know how bright it would be. It is 300mw.

Not alot.

I first fog the room up then i move the air around. I leave the room for 10-15 minutes then come back to shot pictures and use my lasers.

It makes for the cleanest beam ever. If you fog the room up and then right away turn your lasers on you will see some parts of the beam brighter then other parts because more fog is around that area.

The amount of fog that was left in the room is pretty much un noticeable.

Holy crap Dustin. I used to feel bad for you for not being able to afford lasers. Thats why I sent you the 445nm diode. You have 3 times more lasers than me, and expensive ones at that.

^ wow very nice rainbow :yh:

My goal is to get a similar one.. still missing 473 and 589 ^^

a little update

from left to right: 445nm, 473nm, ML argon, 532nm, 543nm, 594nm, 633nm

I just added 2 new lasers and 1 new wavelength to my collection and thought it was time to post some rainbow shots. All of the lasers in my signature are in this except the NES gun, it is currently dead and waiting until after I move to get repaired. Hope you enjoy.

Turned off the 2 445's for the 3rd picture to actually see the 405.
The 4th and 5th pictures were my first attempt and I realized after the fact that I had somehow missed the 473 and had to redo the shot.
