That sucks man.
I've been both burgled and robbed at gun point, and though both are bad, for some reason, I felt worse about the burglary, that happened when we were out of the house, than the robbery, that happened at a restaurant.
Putting aside the danger of having an idiot pointing a firearm at me during the robbery, the burglary really upset me the most. There must be something deep inside us that innately detests the sneak thief’s violation of what we consider our home space.
You definately have my condolences.
All I can suggest, is to put up good defenses, but don’t let it consume you.
