Wow thanks! Sounds great, but if you have something more important to do in your life then don't mind my barrel. Didn't want to sound like I'm in a hurry but well, it's indeed been a while now.
 





Oops...

I got impatient, and decided to hook up the A140 diode in it's Kryton head and focus adapter just by clipping my Dr. Lava boostdrive to the diode pins and touching it's connectors to my 16850 battery with some loose micro-clip test leads.

I burned a hole in the fabric wall of my office cubicle in under a second...

Glad I had my 405-532nm red goggles on.

The Kryon Grooves still selling? I would be interested in a plain polished one.

I suspect they are available but this post is ridiculously long at 63 pages. :)

How is everything coming along kenom? I know mine was accidentally anodized. Hoping to get it soon so I can get to work on bringing it to life :D

As mentioned, there may be a couple for sale from people that have bowed out, otherwise he has already manufactured all of these and they are just in polish and clean up phase.

But, he is still supposed to do a run of the beasts that haven't gone to the machinist yet. I'm sure he would be able to add you to that.

I believe this is the one I bought already =D Ken has already shipped it to me and so the waiting game begins. I really like the purple anodising on it

Adding that to my collection, I have 1 first run kryton and 3 grooves =D haha
 
I haven't seen a message saying mine was shipped, but on the list it shows it has. Ken, are you mentioning every you're shipping to as you ship them? Can you verify if mine has indeed shipped or now?

Yours did INDEED ship.. quite some time ago actually. Can you provide your shipping address via PM so that I can verify it with the address I shipped it to. I don't have ALL the info in the receipts, but I can verify that it was shipped and when.
 
So I just decided to check out LPF after being inactive for a few months and saw the thread here.

I totall forgot I had ordered and paid for a Kryton Barrel - lol. Having never received it I was kind of wondering what the state of the groupbuy is and I see that some have shipped out. Can anyone post the link to the shipping list to see if mine has shipped?

maybe I missed it in the first post and I don't see shipping status on the order document. ??
 
Also Kenom, I like that blue focus ring with the laser symbol alot.
I'll take it if no one else has claimed it. Any extra cost?
 
Uhh lazybeam, I've not got a clue where you stand at this point. I had a printed spreadsheet where I'd kept track of all that needed to be anodized, and I've lost track of that sheet in my move. I've kept the spreadsheet pretty up to date on what's shipped and what hasn't although it would appear that I've got one error in Exelton and extrion. Silly names are so close together that I didnt' even realize it and I need to figure that out. Needless to say, I've still got a few that need to be anodized and I've been streaming anodizing over ustream.tv for silvershot so that he could see how the anodizing is done and what is required. It's been quite fun. I will get everyone squared away though. One way or another. While my reputation has been pretty much ruined on this forum, I know that folks still trust that I will deliver in the end. I won't fail in that!

The blue focus has been sent to Scopeguy. Glenn has sent me so many free items that it was the LEAST I could do to repay him and if he really wants that one, I'm more than happy to send it to him. However, if your barrel has NOT been anodized and you want me to add that logo onto your barrel, I'd be happy to do so. I had about 20 vinyl logos printed up so that I could do the remaining barrels with the logos if folks desired it. There is no additional cost to add the logo onto yours if it hasn't been anodized yet.
