Dash, thank you for taking the time to video your burning IR laser, sure looks white to the camera, that wasn't expected, when ever I video my 808nm FAP laser burning stuff it is a violet color.
 





My 4W 808nm doesn't show any dot at all. That's some pretty serious output Dash.

Nice hosts guys, rep when I can. Also, that closing cap is a nice safety feature in case the on button is accidentally pushed. I once grabbed my pointer wrong and accidentally pushed the on button, that could have been a disaster because I was picking it up and nearly vertical at the time, a bit more towards me and could have hit myself with 6W of blue.
 
Yep, some nice new unique entries guys! I always like it when this thread pops up; these one of a kind builds are the most interesting to see.

This is my first build and I know it's the only one. It's my first build and you can see the build by clicking on the link in my sig.

Just finished Osram PLP520-B1 build on Convoy BD02 host..
Inner heatsink is lathed from brass (didn't have any small copper chunk) + aluminum turbine heatsink from eBay. 12mm Led switch from StealthVape. :p
