This is from a fishing trip a few years ago but I all the other pictures I have access to at the moment were taken by others at bars or social events and although some are quite funny they would seem out of place :beer:

It does almost look photoshopped with the perfect black background but I can tell you that is truly how dark it gets in a the deep woods of the U.P. of Michigan. This picture was taken right befor diner and what we ate is what you see. Fresh walleye is amazing. We portaged in across several lakes to get to our "secret site". Although they make it too easy now if you go anywhere that is listed as a recreational area. The first portage was a maintenanced trail. It takes the fun out of it.
