PERMANENT THREAD: Ebay& other internet FINDS of interest- read all the OP please sub

Re: PERMANENT THREAD: Ebay& other internet FINDS of interest- read all the OP please

I didn't mean RGB, sorry, I was referring to just any PJ that needs a right angle. Like you said though, not even sure they'd work then. Though the mounts themselves, 16 of them, would be worth it if we can keep this cheap. I know Sam wants a few as well.

I'd be willing to go in on the mounts with you. I just need a few for a projector.

Confirmed that it's a tunable argon. So if you have the money, and 260V available, go for it ;) Could always be dead though, so it's definitely a gamble...

and still $30 more expensive than they were before but at least he has more than 1 or 2. Seller, IMO is a scum bag and is just fishing for extra profit. He had a boat load of them the whole time and acted like he sold out to increase the price $30 a unit!

They are still far cheaper than from Ophir. I think they sell them at 800.00 retail.
I bought one because from what I see on feabay it's still a great deal for a new one. I have seen used beaters go for more.

Re: PERMANENT THREAD: Ebay& other internet FINDS of interest- read all the OP please

yeah, granted its still better than direct from ophir but for those of us who have seen these increase in price and especially me for talking directly to the seller and having him flat out lie to me (oh yeah you only had one left in stock my a$$). I am glad i have my ophir now and hope i never have to deal with that guy again since IMO he is a scum bag looking to line his pockets

It looks like someone used a high powered 405nm laser or something on that thing bloompyle. You sure it even works? Like....plastic shouldn't be melted on an HeNe LPM I don't think.....

Re: PERMANENT THREAD: Ebay& other internet FINDS of interest- read all the OP please

It's not strictly for HeNes, it's just able to go that low.

I'll test it with some known outputs (like my REO) with small outputs like 1.98mW and 1.72mW. Right now it's about $10 shipped, if it stays low, I won't be disappointed with failure.

I've never seen one that looked that bad before.

But it's your dime.

I would worry about the optical sensor on it.

Re: PERMANENT THREAD: Ebay& other internet FINDS of interest- read all the OP please

Hey if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. If it gets to $40-50+ I won't even bother.

Considering offering this guy $100 and telling him that it probably won't work since the wires are cut, and it's probably gutted. Could maybe get a pic of the internals. Either way, I might be able to get it up and running again.
