New Linear driver! ST-DRIVE

Hello people I'm speaking into a cell phone So bare with me in the translation

I talk to him through p l p m about a week ago.. My second pm And then he answered

I was surprised when I learn that he was actively posting over there.. And could even be found on IRC over there

I don't want to paste his whole reply because I don't think that is right.

Starting some more about halfway through all this He was helping a friend move Who then died.
He needed to help the parents of his friend Then move his stuff. And then the funeral and visitation.

When I say halfway through this I meant From when I became involved myself And ordered ( The date is mentioned above in my posting)

If I lost a close friend to my head would be in the clouds :(
Kyoto Says he feels like shit over how this is been handled.

As mentioned it earlier I see a pattern also

Re the Paypal issue -

I was hoping that the dispute might allow Kiyoukan to communicate on this matter, but he hasn't replied through Paypal either. I opened the dispute (not claim) at the beginning of the week. No reply.

What do you think a logical next step is? I really dislike going to a "claim" (have just had some *drama* on the other end of that stick). But what's an appropriate / fair way to approach this? No communication from him on this matter at all. Is it appropriate to flip the issue into a claim at this stage?

Me either. Communication is a key to success when selling anything. If he isn't answering after this much time, I don't think I'd have an issue with a claim.

There may indeed be a very good reason he isn't responding and if that's the case you guys can square things up later if needed.

Ok, I guess that's all fair. I don't want to feel like a DB for this.

But the truth is, I'd shoot him the money back in a heart beat if these $65 worth of stuff have shipped. I'm not mad, and wouldn't be at all upset about the delay if he actually came through with them later.

Is anyone past the 45 day ("paypal") period and still waiting?
I cant understand why he pays no attention over here anymore!

Damn I WANTED these drivers!

What happend to kiyoukan if there is much claim/dispute against him ? Is Paypal going to ban his account ? I really want to put an end to this deal but I also don't want to destroy his account.

Hey guys. Give him some time. He was active last week and on skype. Not sure what happened to him. I'm sure he's going to show up sooner or later. Last time he had issues with his family and could do nothing. He won't steal your money.

Ok here is something new... I filed a dispute (3 days before the initial 45 were up) and that went on with no response for a while.... Then, 4 days before the deadline to file a claim (because I was about to go out of the country) I escalated it to full claim. Now, apparently, he shipped my package on the 19th.......... No replies to any pm's or posts on this forum. I just hope that I actually receive drivers and not just some bubble wrap.... We'll see.

he provide a tracking #?

Then he most likely purchased a shipping label, but never actually shipped anything.
They receive electronic shipping info when you purchase & print the label, and then it updates when they accept the package at the post office and scan it into the system.
