Great buying experiences with Flaminpyro

everyone prob. already knows how great of a person flaminpyro is....i recently was referred to him by yobresal...luke told me flaminpyro was my best option to having my titan laser repaired...i contacted him sent him my laser and he repaired it in no time....if it wasnt for him and his abilities i would have been in trouble he saved me bigtime. so this is a BIG THANK YOU TO FLAMINPYRO!!!!!!!! everyone please plus rep him if you had a great experience with him...
 





I've only had one order from Jeff, but was very impressed with his communication and quick shipping. I ordered a pyro dummy load and insertion and extraction tools. Love 'em, so I have no doubt the 445 kit I have on order will delight. Thanks, Jeff!
 
I had ordered 2 diode presses from Jeff and sent my paypal to the wrong address (like 2+ weeks ago).....
after I got that straightened out, jeff fills and takes my order, that instant, to the post office for shipping. Very nice guy to do business with, will do business with again, +1 for Jeff.
 
Jeff's good people.. bough a diode press from him. Not only is the device itself awesome, but he had it to me ridiculously fast.
 
Jeff is a great seller with top quality goods. I have picked up a MAXSINK, 26 gauge wires, pyroload, diode press tool, solder flux, and some other goodies. All great stuff. I do have to say the syringe the flux comes in really makes applying it really easy. But when I have friends over they wonder if I am on drugs.:rolleyes:

All my experiences have been great with him. Would definitely recommend anyone that is getting into this hobby browse through his laser stuff thread.

I just found this thread, and sorry to post here two weeks after the last post, but I have to comment about how awesome Jeff's work is. I've purchased some of his diode press tools, and a few of his kits, and all I can say is.."Wow." Everything he makes reflects back how much attention he puts towards his product. I recently ordered his SH-032 kit for my new 445, and I have to say I love it, albeit I screwed up soldering onto the diode. This was no problem however, Jeff said he had diodes in stock and if I wanted to send back the kit, he'd fix up the laser for me (and he doesn't charge too much for an assembly fee either!) , low and behold, he finished it on Friday, and shipped it from Oregon on Saturday. I look in my mailbox, and what is in there? The laser made it to New York that fast. Fast shipping! Thanks Jeff!

Nothing wrong with that! Flaminpyro is an experienced and highly respected builder. He's often busy building new projects that are novel and beautiful.
 
Just wanted to post that I payed FlaminPyro to make me a heatsink for my green module. He did this to exacting specifications, and it is a perfect fit.

He could have shipped it back to me right then and there, but he offered to mill a new tritium slot for me (my dremel hack-job was the demise of the first vial), modify the driver on the module to accept higher voltages, used super epoxy to stabilize the driver, and threaded the output aperture for fitting an extra aixiz-style lens in there!

This dude isn't just selling heatsinks, if he sees a potential problem with the build, he'll tell you and find a way to fix it.

This thing is amazing, and it came with perfect timing! I now have rationalization for buying this wonderful heatsink: it's a birthday pressie!

Thanks, FP, for the great work! Pics coming in a few weeks. Installing trit this weekend if it's sunny, and then having a friend photograph it for me. Just wanted to let everybody know how dedicated this guy is to his customers and their projects.

Well, just had my first dealings with FP and this guy is a Gent. He quoted one price for shipping but when he sent it, it was a few $$ more but he ate the price for that. There was a couple of hiccups with the ordering (luckly before the order was shipped) but was
all sorted in a few P.M's. Anyone wanting to deal with FP, the previous posts only does him justice. :gj:
 
I just came across this thread and feel I have to say how great a seller/person Jeff (FP) is. I have made about a half dozen transactions with Jeff and I really couldn't be more pleased with his products and all of the help he offers with any questions I have. I have bought diodes, test loads, lenses, wire (which is hands down the best), flux and the list goes on. He really is a one stop shop for anyone wanting to build a laser not only for his top notch products but also for all the help he offers.
He also stands behind the products he sells. I got an aixiz lens from him and it happened to have a defect (which was obviously not his fault). He offered to take a look at it if i sent it back and he ended up giving me a brand new one.
His packing is always fantastic and uses anti static bags for diodes. I feel like a car could run over one of his packages without damaging the goods inside.
Anyway, he comes highly recommended and he will always be the first person I turn to whenever I need anything laser related.

I just receives my first order from FP!!! A 6x with 405-g-1 lens in the Cree xpe. This host, machine work, quality are all top notch! I do not thinkthis laser could have been put together any better! It is just absolutely amazing. The transaction, customer service, and anything and everything to do with dealing with jeff was wonderful and just a fun thing to do. I give him 100% positive feed back and cannot wait to do more deals with him and get more products from him! He takes time and does the best job anybody could do which is 100% easy to see when you see his work

Came across this thread after dealing with Flaminpyro. I have to admit I am very impressed with his shipping times, and the speed of order processing. Paid him wednesday got my driver today. He also sells the best supplies and tools here on LPF. I don't know what I'd do, without the press he sent me. He is also a really good person to work with, he responds as quick as a working man can, and is a great salesman. I really gotta say I definately won't stop purhasing from him.
