This one is really superb, if someone is at all interested in this you better pull the trigger before I decide to, it's just so beautiful I am so close to buying it and I already have several of his hosts without diodes in them yet.

For my next project I'd be interested in one like it with that nice white handle except two 32650 batteries, a larger diameter head with threads to put a beam expander on it (the same thread pitch & size you made for me for the pointer with a 2.5" ID tube on it), side switch which can be on-off as well as momentary and a separate place inside to heat sink a CC regulator.

Have you ever given any thought into making a custom host/hosts that can easily incorporate a pair of cylindrical lenses to tame all these new high powered diodes coming out lately?

I know of quite a few people that would be very interested in something like that and I'm no machinist but it doesn't seem like it would be very difficult.

A simple flat surface protruding out the front of the host for the rectangular shaped lenses to sit is really all it would take.

He just finished making one for me I can put corrective optics in.
