But yeah, that was pretty good. Anybody got a scoop on the aftermath? Looked like the black guy threw the first punch, and the old guy didn't real keep hitting him once he was down, but the videographer was saying they should press charges against old guy. Neither one should be proud, it seems (I read in one link that the old guy moved to the back of the bus in order to talk to the younger guy, intentionally starting the conversation that way), but I don't see how old guy could have charges pressed against him.

Also funny: before the fight, the videographer saying stuff like "beat his white ass", and then afterwards talking about pressing charges. Same person, but her perspective changes quite a bit.

DEFINITELY classic how the guy, who just got his lunch money stolen and took a beating runs up tot he door and yells something about getting him "next time". Hilarious. You lost, STFU and move on, dude.

@PBDawesome: The aftermath was the best, dude, they got where she lives, and now we're letting her know that she can't clear her name just like that (on the video she made trying to apologize).

hahah That guy totally deserved it. The 'daguin' guy gave him so many chances to end the situation but the 'gangsta' just kept running his mouth. The old guy even moved up to the front of the bus but the gangsta followed him and was the first to throw a punch. Too bad there aren't more people like that to deal with posers who got nothing to do but mouth off.

Nothing to funny there to me... In Florida when you see a forcible felony such as this
(aggravated assault) There is a right to defend yourself with deadly force.

If you notice the older gentleman had a "fanny bag" on... to me that would have meant he would have been carrying concealed weapon.

With what I seen if that older gentleman would have used deadly force it would
have been justified the gangster was in fact attacking an older man some would say a senior even.

Hey who wants to be a person in a test trial anyways. Not me.

Note to self: The next time I see a senior citizen wearing a fanny pack, it would be wise to avoid them at all costs. They could be packing heat. :crackup:
