He moved since then though. I am going to call emachine shop tomorrow and see what address they have for him.
 
I'm going to look into getting the property ownership info for the old address we have. If this is a landlord, they're likely to have Stevie's new address.

Even if Stevie tries to convince his old landlord not to provide this info to us, the landlord would likely be required to provide this information if we were initiating a civil claim. So I'll see what I can drum up.
 
Yeah luke, you didn't know we were in San Jose. Thats why if I was going to take him to small claims court I was planning to invite you.
 
Just realized I actually paid from my debit card, not my paypal balance. Can I do a charge back or only on credit cards?
 
Haha, reading through some of those pages, what a thug. If there's anything that a longhaired teenage Brit can do, tell me. Otherwise i'll keep reading and rooting for you guys. Really hope he gets brought to justice.

I'm trying to do a charge back with my paypal payment but it doesn't look good. Apparently I paid with paypal with my phone (mobile payment). I just don't remember if it was with their app or through the browser. At any rate, they are telling my it was sent as a "personal payment" so I can't do a charge back. I'll keep trying.

What about Pontiac? Did you ever get a price quote from him for these focus adapters?

I can distribute them for cost. I've got the packaging material to ship them, and i'd just charge the cost of shipping, which i would assume would be $1.75 per package as they weigh almost nothing.
I'm kind of a "trustworthy" guy, so if you all need a US based person to distribute them, i'll do it for 0 profit (actually at my cost as i'll pay for the packaging supplies)

this is all hypothetical though, i'm just throwing it out there. If you need help just let me know.
