I think we are just going to have to head over to San Jose and have a talk with this guy. Maybe when he realizes he is dealing with real people he will understand the reality of the situation.
 
Well seeing as how you know what his GF looks like thanks to social networking websites, you can go wait for her to get off her new job (as of June) at Payless Shoes in San Jose and then when you leave you might get lucky enough to head the same direction as her. Pretty good chance that a couple who has been together for 5 years is going to see each other everyday.

It might not be a good idea to go over there personally but you could go again with the police. Im sure they are still interested.

So I looked up his address. Seems he recently sold his house in San Jose:

He was likely renting from this place. He hasn't had a good job in a while
