This is one of the reasons I hate paypal, it is much easier for the buyers to scam the sellers than vice versa. There is little protection for sellers, if any.

not really. It's just as easy for a seller to scam a buyer.
You can ship an empty package and as long as you've got the tracking number, there is nothing the buyer can do, except ship an empty package back lol and say they returned it.

Unfortunately, there is no way to definitively prove who who is at fault in most causes, so you just have to adopt the most reasonable guidlines for dealing with it.

If we could just get rid of dishonesty, and add some more integrity to the world, our problems would be solved!

I didnt even know about this until Mfo pm'd me on my facebook..Why didnt you attempt to contact me? I've been nothing but HONEST and good to this forum..I NEVER had one bad transaction! And you want to start a thread and defame me like that? I wish you would of just pm'd me first... My gf's paypal's account was compromised and someone charged stuff under her name so she disputed the charges she thought were not me or her....I can fix it by the click of the mouse man..you started a mess for no good reason!

I knew it wasn't his fault. I hate to see a bunch of people almost blindly attack someone. again, Military follows a code, honesty, integrity, etc. They'd never try to wrong you, that's how I knew this was sketch in the beginning. You didn't lose this Airmen's faith Sgt. Staros.

I have no ties to either side here so im calling this the way it is. Marine, Moh has every right to complain about funds being yanked from he's account. You, or your female, mom, cuz, that's irrelevant. You're responsible period. Your friend disputes a charge for an item you received and paid for then you should be contacting the seller on super quick time. Asking and/or notifying him of the issue hoping he will be flexible. Moh did hes job? Pulling funds from he's pocket and not explaining yourself in a timely fashion is on you. Many things could have occurred prior to this post but the one action that would have addressed any concerns and monetary issues for Moh is your intent and reaction when a claim was opened. When, who, that's no ones concern but yours. Now i don't believe you had any malicious intent at all yet your guilty nonetheless. Its your payment and its Moh's pocket book , very simple. Someone provided a service and woke up with a surprise and he should have been in contact with you prior. If your asking well how could i or i didn't know! Dude, that's a problem that should not become a burden to anyone else.

I didn't see it as defaming you. Most of the speculation here was that there must be some problem and that it would get worked out. Look at it from his point of view, he did his part and he is getting a message that they want their money back.

I don't know you at all, but nothing about this thread made me think poorly of you - I just assumed it was some misunderstanding or someone besides you that had caused a problem.

Bahahaha! They would never try to do anything because being in the military means your an angel? My dad was a chief officer in the navy spent 20 years in there and told me story's about some awful people who were in the navy. There are also gang members who join the army now a days just to get the knowledge to take back to the streets.

My best friend is in Afghanistan right now fighting I love the military and am not dogging it. But to say just because you serve means you can do no wrong is completely out of whack.

Sorry DM.... Really..???? A little harsh don't you think...:thinking:

The responsibility of 1st contact after a sale and before
opening a PP Buyer Dispute/Claim falls on you.. the primary
buyer...

You should have contacted Moh BEFORE your gf opened the
Dispute to find out any info you needed. You should have
been aware of your gf's PP Disputes that concern you.

Before your gf opened the dispute there was no way of
Moh knowing that your gf had a problem.

Since the PP payment was done through someone that you
know and you were party to... ultimately the 1st communication
falls on you.

BTW....I didn't see Moh defame you in this Thread... I thought
it may have been a PayPal SNFU....
