He's not selling anything yet. This thread was just a place to think out loud and get help locating the laser diode assemblies. I'm sure that when he gets one (or more) he will post a FS thread.

I meant where would kiyoukan be shipping them from (as in what country).

edit: just saw on his profile that he lives in the U.S. That's all I was wondering.

To any one wanting to buy the whole arrays.
I am only selling them to a select few members on the fourms.
If you build "and" sell high quality lasers or kits or other things on the fourms you qualify.
If you are just a normal member i will only be selling the lasers to you.
This is to help our great builders on lpf make better products and save them some cash.

Awww So I cant get an array from you and make a 24W blue laser? Kidding...

How long do you think you'll be able to sell these? I may consider one in a few weeks as a backup/spare...Or maybe for a lab unit.

What do you mean... selling complete lasers to normal members?

I think he means he will only be selling single diodes to regular members, not the whole array.

No i will be selling just the diode itself to normal members.
I am trying to help out the builder here on lpf by selling them the arrays for a cheaper price but i would ask them to not undercut me on price ie only sell them with kits or something.
But this is all to be worked out there is stuff going on in pms for now.
more details to come.

I'm very interested.
One thing though:
In the projector I think each diode has an AR coated collimating lens.
Is that the case here?

That lens is useless for our purposes.
