Had some spare time today, so I decided to take some shots of all my lasers.

Sadly, my Canon S3 is now having the well known "black screen of death" issue.

Out of 50+ photos, and hours later, I only managed to capture these two. I like them, and thought Ill show them here.

lol, not much I know, but worth it I reckon :yh:

The photos are of my 200mW Green DPSS from LW.

nice beam shots there, very bright! What exposure setting did you use to take those?

Incredible pictures but it looks like you have lots of splash:thinking:

Yeah, I know

Over my area, 20mins from the airport, planes are either landing, or taken off. The laser was shot at trees, to stop the beam traveling.

Reflection off the trees + exposure

Very impressive shots I must say. This probably won't help, but it did for me. When I was in Hawaii this past July, my camera was acting up. I felt like throwing it off of one of the cliffs over in Kaneohe. Luckily my patience won and I brought it back to NY in one piece. Something told me to upgrade the firmware and I did. Now it works like a charm again. Try doing that for yours?

Yesh, very nice! You have an awesome area in which to play there, mate!

I love the effect (and surrounding) with the trees, and other lights.

Around here, I should take a short drive and get some beam shots through mountain valleys with Saguaros about! Or maybe next time we run up to Sedona, some green beams on the Red Rocks would be cool...

Regards, down under!

I was thinking the same thing. I might be taking a drive around that area when this semester is over.

BTW, nice beamshots, but I was still more intrigued by the scenery :) There's just a lot of brown, hot, and ugly in my area :(

Darwin, nice and hot there lol.

I have a few of those huge palm tree's in my backyard, they are fun to shine lasers at. I do lasershows on them sometimes.
