You need to decan it for seeing the wires. We have now 405nm, 445nm and 638nm all going over 1 Watt of power !

Well 6 more for a possibility of a slightly better performing diode: seems like it is well worth it. What's so hard in extracting diodes from sleds? It's not that complicated
