I'm no expert on DPSS, but from what I understand, you need about a 1 Watt pump diode to get 200mW's. There is a lot of variation depending on the quality and alignment of the crystals as well. I'm sure you could do a Google search to find out a lot of information about it...

please can you say to me how much green laser of 200mw real power hawe ir 808nm mw?does the 808nm must have more mw than 200mw to make 200mw green?

One thing I will mention, is that I do not sell laser diodes of any kind with my kits. (or complete lasers obviously)

Hey Jayrob. I'm interested in building a 150mw Green laser (actually I want to build a 1w blue laser but don't want to fry my eyes) I'm not experienced with building such a thing, I'd really rather buy a completed laser but the government won't allow that now. Can you pm me step by step guide as to where to get the supplies and how to put it all together? I do have a soldering gun, and I can follow directions if they're step by step and complete. I am an avid laserguy and I am looking to put together or buy a few lasers at this time. For a living I work with co2, yags, ang ktp mostly. I have a few olike lasers already. I am looking for a 445 right now, with focus, and over 700mw. I have seen a chart here of some folks with homades in the 1.5w range. I wodered what you might have for this? I try to give as accurate as possible estimates. But it's hard to estimate that far in advance.

I honestly thought 3 weeks was about right, but I have not been getting all the orders done as fast as I had anticipated.

Forgot a question: Do you have any idea what these are, or purpose? Lot of 5 Princeton Photonics 3-Pin Laser Diode Module - eBay (item 150477067526 end time Sep-05-10 18:36:37 PDT)

The last ones took an 18650 battery. So they would work for 1.4 to 1.5 Amps...

That set up is not shown in the documentation for a 4+ volt diode. So it would be at your own risk...

Also, it will be about a month before the V5 FlexDrives are available again...
