I have made a demographic survey to take some data on the ages and continents of origin of people on the forum. I would appreciate people filling it out, if you would. When I am done, I will make a graph of the results to share with the community.

Yeah....we saw that coming I think.....

Of course I still need to go through and connect the individual data points to discover age trends in particular continents, etc. And of course we are still collecting data. EDIT: DATA GRAPHS BELOW.

i would suggest something like surveymonkey or a free online survey site so you can compile the data in the end and create a graph. good luck on the graph, that will be the hardest part, setting up a survey is easy

I am going to give the survey a good amount of time but once I get 10 results I will begin updating this thread with the percentages.

Did you have to ask the last one? Pretty sure LPF is >99% male. :p

I probably didn't have to....I just put it on there anyway. I may just remove it, but I am still really interested in seeing all the results. I am able to see what each entry was, so I know that entry #1 was:

Continent suchandsuch
Age whatmenoggins
gender male

So when I am done I have specific data points I can plot on a chart.

There's something about lasers and females that don't go with each other.... Rather sad. Would be interesting to see a female with this much enthusiasm in building lasers! :p

I've seen plenty of females get excited about them, but not the building portion of it :P

completed, my girlfriend actually bought me my first laser and im betting right now she wishes she didnt :crackup:
