Ken is a master manipulator. I used to be one too, and it takes one to know one. I have never bought anything off Ken, or had an argument with him. So none of this is redemption, or personal. My opinion is straight character observation. And, as most people know, I have a 6th sense in reading peoples character. If you have kept up with this thread its complaint after complaint, excuses after excuses. He's been doing this long enough there should be no issues getting this over and done with. Ken gives very little information till directly addressed. A good example was the diode pocket thats too small for the diodes, switches that dont work, and mistakes in engraving, and anodizing, and time frames for deliveries. People are so eager to get their units that they will over look these flaws just because he has milked the GB for so long. I read one member waited ~year, and there was still defects. The solution? He was sent some compound and told to fix it himself. I mean WTF. Thats not how you handle business. This was no GB. A GB is a gathering of money to buy a finished product at a discount. He collected the money, then started production. You all basically funded his idea to make money, and he cant even give you a properly working unit without defects, and waiting months on end to receive it. To me this is insane. What business runs like that? You front the money, he makes a profit off of you, and delivers nothing but excuses, and a semi working product. Funny thing is you except this without a problem. Why? Do any of you know Ken personally? He doesnt even donate to the forum. Check the donation goal menu on the left of the donation bar if you dont believe me. He doesnt help n00bs. In fact he really doesnt contribute to the forum at all. He is just here to make money off you. Wake up people. I know its hard to accept you've been manipulated, but check the facts. Every single time there is a problem its because of someone, or something else that caused it. Keep note of the facts, not the excuses, and sob stories. Those play on peoples good nature, and he uses that. Its not right, period.
