I have about 2 dozen from the same batch going to Paul for measuring.

This is so strange, The first 2 to ever show up on ebay were 488 well at least one of them was definatly 488, Then the next large batch were possibly all over 492 and know seems there nearer to 488 again!

Would have loved a large lot of 480,s oh I forgot about all the 480,s that were 474-478

They are all the same diode. I saw the data sheet that states these are between 487nm and 495nm. Of all the diodes I measured from the last batch, none were under 492nm. I will be measuring these as well. We shall see.

The GH0485 will do 485-488nm while the GH0495 will be 492nm +

If you are going by these photos, they were likely supplied by the supplier. As far as I know, these are all still en route to their respective destinations. So, at this moment, I doubt anyone has a diode in hand. I have mine and Zach's tracking numbers and they have yet to arrive. Since CNI is closest to the supplier, it is likely they will get those first. I am very anxious to learn where these diodes shake out in wavelength. I believe I'll have some by early next week, so CNI might be the first with a spectrometer to measure the six Dr.Laser sent to them.

Paul - according to fedex you might have most of mine tomorrow. I just paid for the pre-binned ones, and they're coming by DHL. If they ship right away ETA probably Wednesday on those.

Thanks, Zach. I am anxious to start testing these diodes to see if any of them will get close to 488nm. I'll be ready as soon as they arrive.

I got tracking updates on those diodes too, Zach. My problem is they often deliver quite early and I am up late and don't want to be awakened to come to the door to sign for something. If it requires a signature, I'll have to deal with it. Can't change that now.
