I just read all of this the other night, by the way I wish I could have been around enough to help get his info. So is there any word on this case or is in the making and can't be talked about until everything is settled?

No. The reality (and listen)... the reality is that nothing will happen to him in his life for posting internet garbage. The only thing that would have changed it was ignored. You will never get anything from this kid without suing him and his parents and if anyone thinks that doing anything else will get Robs money back, then you are certifiably a retard.

btw you cannot sue his parents, as he is too old.

Basically this guy is your typical scamming lowlife. You're not gonna get your money from him. He's not gonna magically feel bad and regret his wicked ways. The only way you're gonna get results is to go pay him a "visit" or take it to court. He's probably lurking around here laughing at this post still proud of how he got away with it. If you really care then go do something IN REAL LIFE to make him pay. Sitting here talking about karma won't get you anywhere.

I'm done messing with that a**hole. Just knowing he'll have a crappy life 'cause of the way he is keeps me warm at night, cause if he ALWAYS pulls crap like this, he'll live his life constantly looking over his shoulder, not knowing if or when somebody is going to kick his a** for him !!! I'm not very computer literate & have a tough enough time trying to find important things I want, he doesn't qualify.....................
