Guys, not sure about the price (I've in mind something like 400K to 500K bucks, but cannot find the source). Anyway I found this:

Grant application for getting it in Lick observatory. A lot of information is there (but laser is donated, however grant asks for 300K - installation and making it working (as alternative) - if I'm not wrong).
