PRICEANGELS ON SALE: $9.9 30mw ones(really 30-50mw); $10.97 50mw ones(really 50-70mw)

BrosTito, look on goggles reviews sections. If you gonna deal with more powerful lasers sometime, you are wise getting the better ones.
just don't forget: if you use an OD6 I don't think you will not be able to see a 5mw dot.. I may be wrong, tho.

happy to know that John is becoming a very reputable seller around here, really like it :)

Hey John,
I just ordered one also.

Keep going on this path - you'r on the right way

Leodahsan, yes, i looked there. But I'm still a dumby on safety goggles :D I need help to choose it. Probably will need to make a topic... About not seeing the dot - why should I use safety goggles with 5mW greenie ? ... :) And I don't understand what OD means... I searched for help, but still didn't get any results... I understand that it is somekind of rating, but ... Anyway, any help is appreciated. Still waiting for John reply ! :)

I just ordred two. They should make good Christmas presents.

$11 for a 50mw laser, that's a heck of a deal.

I will then place an order on one of PA lasers (probably true 50mW), and maybe you could include those LEDs to the same order, that you wouldn't pay double price for shipping? I hope you understood what I wanted to tell ::(

of course, it is OK. But please don't forget to tell me the order number before the item is sent. Then I will add the LEDs in your order.

Thanks, udanis,
BTW, how about the ticket? have you success to start one?

Yes. Sorry about that. I just searched my inbox for priceangles and that other order number came up.

Thanks for providing amazing customer service!

Side questions: John7788, is the output of this laser (SKU 79032) click -> link
actually 200mW, and is it water resistant?

Thanks
I guess I will find out for myself
John, I just placed my order for the 200mW focusable pocket laser at the above link I posted earlier in the thread.
I will simply meter it myself and report back my power reading in this thread.

OD is Optical Density. The higher the OD+ rating, the more laser light is absorbed by the glasses, and less laser light gets through. So, the higher the OD rating of safety glasses, the safer they are for protecting your vision when using high-powered lasers. see: absorbance ->wiki link<-

I am pretty sure most china lasers ar not IR-filtered, and the red glasses will only block the green laser light, so if a 100mW green hits someone when they are wearing red glasses, as much as 30mW of Infrared laser light will be hitting their eye and this can do serious permanent damage to their vision.

I have tried many of the cheap safety glasses, and all I use now (for green lasers that aren't IR-filtered) are these ->link<-
They are multi-wavelength eye protection from Zonestealth. Don't get cheap glasses, your eyes are worth it to protect.

Ash, thank you very much, that is the answer that I've been waiting for. Just one more question left : where are you from and how much time the shipping took ? And on those glasses near 532nm it writes OD4, not OD4+, I hope that's not a really big deal ? I would still be interested in DL glasses, but I will buy the ones from Zonestealth, because these will be enough for all the time, i hope. What about higher lasers like 1W 445nm and etc., would these glasses provide enough protection even for that kind of power ?

.

sorry, ash, I haven't noticed your post. Sorry.
We haven't test 79032 till now, but it will be lower or even much lower than it is claimed. We don't have output guarantee for this one. If you expect it to be 200mw, I suggest you cancel the order. I'm sure the output will disapoint you.

reliable john

sorry for the delay. Ash is right, BrosTito. but I think that at 5mw (even 10mw) of green you do not need an safety goggle, as the eye immediate damage threshold for visible light is 15mw and you will not point your laser at your eye intencionally (I hope so).

Thanks for all you support, yesterday we have sent 21 50 mw ones, but many orders are waiting to be sent. Sorry for the late,
we have been trying our best to be fast, but nearly 500 orders for each day makes us too busy. Sorry, will do it as soon as possible.
Sorry for the delay, and thanks for your patience.

Reliable john
