Yeah I got that taken care of. I'll essentially put all the addresses into google maps and draw some lines. LOL

Hey that Google set up just might be the ticket! Would you be able to set up a similar table with columns for User Name, Meter, Red Reading, Blu-ray Reading, Conditions, Notes, etc...

Would it be something that each person can edit their new information into? And everybody can then see the added information?

Right now its set so anyone can view or change anything in the document, but you can also set it up so only "collaborators" can change it as well, if we're worried about any unauthorized persons modifying it, but also have it set so that anyone can still view it, just not change anything.

It's also pretty cool because you can see it change in real time and also see who's viewing it and chat while you are as well

Man that's awesome! This is definitely the ticket!

I'm sure there will be some input for adjustments to be made to this draft, but after it is ready, just give some basic instructions, and were good to go!

It's also very simple to put in comments onto a cell so that you can note something special that may not relate to the cell but is still important. Like mw reading would be 100mw and your comment would be (measurement over 4 minutes)

I basically drive by both of their houses on my way to work. Each is only a very short distance off the freeway for me.

Ok since this is the best thing rckstr is going to lock it down to only participants so someone not participating can't edit it. So if you are participating your' going to need a google account which can be used with any email. Mine is kenkassidy@hotmail.com for google. Set up a google account if you don't already and PM rckstr with your username so you can have access to the document.

Great idea google docs. However, I'm loogged in but I still can't edit. In the upper left (right of the menu) I see "View only"

Btw, when I asked for country, I meant Washington st, California, etc, not U.S.. I guess, though, Kenom got it all sorted out much better than me.

Around here we call those "states", not country - so we thought you meant U.S.
To edit, you need to be "invited" by the spreadsheet "owner".

BTW, why do you say that having both a high-power red and violet laser are requirements for this?? :-?

We decided that last week so people won't use the calibration lasers for showing off (or running away with it), because they would already have something more powerful.
