Post your most memerable video games

Oblivion - PC
Morrowind - PC
Kotor 1 + 2 - XBOX
JSRF - XBOX
DK 64 - N64

My favorite type of game is RPG, especially open world.

I probably put 500+ hours on Vigilante 8 for the psx and then the sequel Vigilante 8 Second Offense. Multiplayer was a blast!
Twisted metal was rough, grainy, and had poor physical dynamics compared to V8.
My psp has custom firmware now and there are some decent games but nothing as much fun as V8 ;)
Super smash bros for the N64 was a good game for a bunch of drunk guys to waste a day too ^_^
Diablo LOD was fun but they reset the ladder so often you couldn't get much good gear.

Oh, and Driv3r, I spent soooo much time on the free roam mode. Not even that good of graphics and gameplay, but the crash physics were awesome(IMO).

The original driver was so much fun. I lost interest after that as I often do with sequels. They may be good games but when you go looking for the game play you are familiar with and they jack with it to make it "better" you get pissed.

Never played the first 2 but I know what you mean, with Driver 4, they totally ruined it.

Dungeon Keeper 2

It´s Good to be Bad.

Was anybody else addicted to Twisted Metal for PlayStation? That was one of my favorite multi player games of all time. I also forgot to add the original Ghost Recon for Xbox to the OP. Spent a lot of time playing that one as well.:D

Also add Zelda to my list too, only played Twilight Princess and DS versions, but they were pretty fun, and nice and long, I like long games, like KOTOR, and long run-on sentences, like this one!

I had a 4 game disc with the first three Twisted Metal + Vigilante 8.

There was a freaking guy with two freaking massive wheels that shot napalm. WHY WOULDN'T I PLAY THE GAME FOR HOURS?

one of the earliest games I can remember playing is superman for atari. To this day, the weirdest game I have ever played.

I've got a PS3 that I bought a few years ago for a Blu-Ray player when Walmart offered it along with 20 free Blu-Ray movies. That was back when Blu-Ray and HD-DVD were competing. I got a few games for the console, but honestly, I just never got accustomed to the controller. Much prefer the mouse and keyboard on my PC.

Only care to play first person shooter type games. I find that I come back to FarCry quite often, but hated FarCry2. Half Life 2 is pretty decent as well.

Just haven't seen much new and exciting lately for the PC in the game department, however.

Sonic on a Sega megadrive :D

Hell yeah! Sonic is still one of my favorite game characters.

Older games:

- DOOM 1 (and 2, computer, still play it with friends)
- Fallout 1 and 2 (computer, the original RPGs)
- Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri (computer, so addicting)
- Command and Conquer (computer)
- Master of Orion 2 (computer)
- Planescape: Torment (computer)
- Starcraft (computer, still the best RTS ever made in my opinion)
- River City Ransom (NES)
- Sonic the Hedgehog (1 and 2, Genesis)
- Blazing Star (Neo Geo arcade game)

Modern games:

- Midnight Club 2 (opened up a genre of music for me)
- Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 (my primary games for 2 years)

Captain Commando
Age of Empires 2
Croc
Sonic Blast 3d
Sonic CD
Sonic and Knuckles
many Mame32 games.
Jazz Jackrabbit 2

These are just what i had in mind now. there might be more

Sonic CD is pretty cool, but I like the music more. So downloaded an ISO of the Japanese version of the game and ripped the tracks. I've got a copy of the US tracks too, but I don't like them as much.
