NOW 447nm CNI lasers & GB #11

I want to buy an Aries 125mW, could anyone get a good price for that? On laserglow.com it cost $439, IF I could get more power for the same price I would do that instead. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Great! Thanks for the reply. Once I get I my money back from DL for a Spartan I sent back, I'll buy the 250mW.
Couple of questions: Who do I contact to buy it from, you? Is there any warranty? And how long does it take to ship?

You PM scopeguy20 and he'll send you a paypal invoice. You're going to be waiting a few weeks to get it however, as all the lasers are ordered and built at once in China and then shipped to scopeguy20 who tests and then reships.

Thanks dude you've been a great help!

Yes, & thanks Proto, and btw, all the CNI lasers are under full mfg warranty, (it's 6mo.) and if the unit has a out-of spec condition or failure in the first 30 days, it is shipped back on the CNI account, not your expense to mail it. -Glenn

Good to know, it should only be a few more days before I get my money back then I'll contact you about buying it.

Hey Glenn, not to encroach on your GB with an off-topic post, but you have a payment in the LPC-815 GB that needs a'making. I guess the PM system isn't working for styropyro.

Hey Glenn,

What PGL-III-M is it that you get from CNI? I was just looking at the PDF for it, and it's a bit different than the Dragonlasers model.
http://cnilaser.com/PDF/PGL-III-M-532.pdf
It has safety features at which I believe Dragonlasers does not.

I myself, like the addition of safety features, though just wondering.

EDIT:
Ah, I just read the remark on the PDF: "LED indicator, remote connector and key switch are available."
So are you able to get both?

Thanks.

The safety features on the M are...a hassle to say the least, twhite828 got one with them and the tailcap contains both the interlock and keyswitch, there's the 5 second delay and the switch is a momentary push button. I'm all for safety features, but those are a real pain in the rear.

Ah. That's a bit over board, isn't it? I had no clue it had the delay and a momentary switch. So now I guess the better question to ask is if he is able to get the one without the safety features lol.

No wonder dragonlasers sells it without them. They sound like they would be a pain. A keyswitch and LED indicator is good enough for me.

Eh, I have a bunch of lasers with them, and really, they aren't much of a pain. And honestly I have to admit that the delay has saved my face once or twice due to an accidental button press.

Sure, it's more "bad ass" to not have safety features I -guess-, but in the end if it means us getting our lasers... (and getting them not confiscated) i'd rather have them.

Sorry to bump, Glenn, but are we good to go for GC invoices on these yet? Seeing DJNY's review makes me jealous...

OK, we need everyone to start to get on board on this GB, we have some of the older models already ordered, and I am sure some folks are getting the 447nm but so far, we need more 447's and a lot more 589nm to get a good price. Tell the pals! This is CNI guys so, if you want the performance and quality of a CNI, it's the best opportunity I know of! -Glenn
