And yes, I am almost certain Niko is too busy to moderate here.. he is one hell of a hard working guy!

I would have no problem backing this up. In all my time here, I have never seen Phoenix77 loose his temper. Cool and level-headed, plus a very frequent poster.

If he has the time, he has my backing.

In all seriousness, even though I haven't seen anything that would necessitate another mod, I think that either Things or Dave would be the best at the job.

But seriously, Dave would be a great choice if there needs to be another moderator here. On several occasions I have asked questions and had numerous replies stating that I'm a stupid n00b. Then there's a post from Dave that answers my question. Then more posts about my being a stupid n00b.

I also like Laserbee's style, but I reckon merchant status might clash with moderation, in some people's eyes. When I first joined, I brought back a 2 year old thread to ask a question. Laserbee told me that is frowned upon around here. However, this was in a private message, and worded very politely. I was thankful for this welcome message, while everyone else just glazes over it as just another n00b post.

A n00b will always be a n00b unless you teach them something.

@ daguin, no, I did not miss the part in red. I thought c0ld only wanted to know what we think, whether another mod would be ok or not, that's why I did not specify who I think can become a mod. Also, I explained why I can be a mod. Anyway, it would be better to start a poll. Again, I didn't mean to pose.

For me, this is my only issue with LB becoming a mod. I'd vote for dave or charlie bruce
 
Well... to all of you that have tossed my name into this thread....:whistle:
This is the Summer season for us and it is the time I take to relax
a bit and ride by Harley...
For that and other time related reasons I couldn't be a Mod at
this time even if I wanted to..
The winter months are the only time I would have to invest as a
mod...

I still think Dave would make a mature...fair and just MOD...:cool:

I haven't been here long, but from what I've seen so far, I would also go with phoenix77.

Nobody mentioned him, maybe for reasons that I have not yet discovered, but yobresal seems to spend a lot of time on the board and appears to be a good guy as well. Maybe I missed some reason why he's been left out, but I'd like to toss him into the hat along with the Phoenix77 vote if possible.
