Oh, ok then. Should have done my homework a bit better :-[ How can you tell the die size without a microscope, though? From what I can see with the naked eye, they look pretty much the same size.

The red in the SF-AW210 sled is a short open can. Probably a 16X-18X. (300mA = 200mW)
The 4X and the 6X have a Long Closed Can red. They are good to 420mA (250mW). I have one pushed up to 500mA (305mW), but it really should be turned down to 480mA. 480mA is where the "knee" showed up.

According to Dr. Lava's graph on the short open can's, 300mA's will give you just about 175mW's with AixiZ glass...
Which means around 168mW's with AixiZ acrylic. But yes... plenty of power for burning!

same here i have one at 190ma and its been running very well around 1min on and off for a week know and way brighter that my phr builds
