My God Jayrob you're still at it!

I've always imagined many many years from now I'll have grand kids that will be into lasers just like myself, I'll tell them to check out LPF and order a kit from Jayrob.
This speculation isn't too far off from reality, give it another 60 years.

Hello jayrob, I'm currently looking at building a 1000mw blue laser using a blue ray diode i really like your work and would like to order some of your kits. I was wondering if any of your smaller laser kits could handle that power load.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Adomrob.

Generally, the smaller the build, the more difficult...

But for 1 Watt or higher of 445, I would recommend at least an 18650 supply.

Here's some of my kits that are easier for assembly:

I sell complete builds minus the diode. You can get your 445 diode pre-installed into an AixiZ module with lead wires soldered on from DTR:
1 5 2W 445 Blue Laser Diode in Module w Leads | eBay

Or also from daguin
http://laserpointerforums.com/f39/fs-445nm-blue-diodes-stock-61660.html

If you get your diode pre-installed into an AixiZ module with lead wires soldered on, you will just solder your diode leads, to my driver leads. ('Hot' option kit)

Note: You will not be using the back 'barrel' part of the AixiZ module. Just the front 'business end'.
Also, you will not be using the diode case pin with my 'Hot' option kit. Just the positive and negative pins...

Here are a few of my 'easiest assembly' kits:

18650 (C6) kit

Maglite Monster kit

Saik kit

Frankenstein kit

There are options with each kit, just send me a PM and let me know your list of options, and I'll get you a total….

:thanks:

Hi,

I'm looking to purchase a 50mW green laser line pointer with an on/off switch. Does this even exist?

Thanks!

Hi,

I'm looking to purchase a 50mW green laser line pointer with an on/off switch. Does this even exist?

Thanks!

I have a nice green kit that can be assembled in less than 5 minutes: (links to the modules are in my thread)
http://laserpointerforums.com/f64/fs-stainless-steel-green-kit-polished-easy-assembly-56412.html

One question. What do you mean by ‘green line’ laser? If you mean that you want it to produce a long line, then it can be achieved by using a line diffraction grating. Let me know if this is what you mean, and I can set that part up for you...

Send me a PM!

Not sure if this is the right place to ask buuut...I should do it anyway.

I have a 1W blue laser diode driver from AiXiz, think you might've seen it before. Little over 10mm wide by 22.5mm long. I was wondering if the M140 that Mr. DTR sells would be able to work with it, or if the laser would burn it out.

The other thing I ask is, if I could solder these two and get them to work, was what kind of host and heatsink that you make would fit these two. It's a spring driver, and a linear one, so it's not like one of the nice button drivers I've seen on here...
