Hi Drew ,

No ,our green laser modules from 5~150mW are good divergence .

for green laser modules >250mw are not good as 5~150mw ,but we have improved .so Don't worry .

Thanks
Susie

Susie ---

I got my 80-100 mW module --- Nice :D I read about 110 mW using a bench supply set at 3.2 volts.

Takes a little time but worth it -- Thanks ---

hey susie:
the 800mw labby laser-what are its capabilities? it would seem to me that a 800mw laser must have amazing burning power. lol

It may be four times buring capablities than red laser 200mW . i have not test its capabilites. I think writting on wood will be no problem .

I got my 120-150mW O-Like module today. I put it into a Kryton Groove modified by Jayrob for the green module. It is being powered by a single RCR123. Output is 140mW. Although I have not "measured" it, divergence is good. The dot shined on the wall at the end of the street (~200 yards) is very small. The beam is nice and tight.

Thanks, Susie

Peace,
dave

Hey there Professor, I'm going the same route  :D

Jay shipped my Groovy already, O-Like 120~150 ordered & paid for too. I also ordered 3.6V Ultrafires from DX & wanted to know if you are also using 3.6 (vs. 3.0s)...?

I'm using a "no name" 17335 (3.0V, 1000mAh). They give me ~4V fully charged.

Peace,
dave

Thx :)
Ah... should I be worried using 3.6Vs then? What do you think they might register fully charged?

I don't think that a fully charged 3.6V (4.2V) battery will hurt them.
