GB 20mW 635nm diode

I snagged the second-to-last one.
I figured this should make a quick and easy project and I have to do something with all my laser hosts.

@aryntha: if it makes you feel any better, he might re-list a few more sometime soon. Just make his ebay store your browser home-page, so you never miss it. :D

My local laser store ROINTHNER-LASER has a 60mW 5.6mm 635nm

If anyone is interested in a price, tell me.

QL63K4SA-L, 635 nm, 60 mW, sm, 40 °C, 5.6 mm

I am. Probably I'd like the RLT635-100G if the wavelength is 635nm @ full power. Can't see the datasheets :(

I'm guessing somewhere around $"a kick in the pants and a long cry"...

But.. Phi, you know i'm interested.

Neither should I, but after having paid for both a 20mW and a 40mW, naturally I'm
quite curious about the price of the 60mW one.;)

I just might do that, aryntha, but I can't say "yes" or "no" until I've got both diode in my hands and seen them lase side by side. :D
I hope you understand.

You'll know about it as soon as it happens.;)

I'm interested in the 60's as well. I think I asked for a quote for two once and they came back with something like $220 each. Well into the "kick in the pants" territory.

Emailed Roithner.. let us wait for their response. The datasheet says that 633nm are possible? I ´don´t think that I´m able to tell difference between 633nm and 635nm, but a bigger difference next to 650nm.

+1 to you as soon as I can DJ.

I want a 60 too.... but $225, that's stabbing me in the back right about meow

All diodes shipped out!

You should get it during the next week
