To everyone - if you have not received an email from me regarding the purchase of BF's drivers - only those that bought seperate drivers received emails- then I need to know ! Check your junk mail filters, etc - I sent the emails out to the addresses you all used when you purchased from him originally - if your email has changed, then PM me with your new email address, and let me know what your old email was, so I can check the list. This is getting close to me finding out what everyone wants/needs - and I will update the thread again shortly with how many folks still need to reply (rough compiling all the replies !)
 
So, if you have our email address, is that associated with our forum name, amount of drivers purchased, and our physical address, or do we need to give you all that?

Also, any idea when you'll start shipping these?

give him a little time guys. these are not too horribly complex but we do have to take into account that greg is not completely 100% healed. it will take him some time.
 
I got this handled :-) The email pretty much outlined everything - once I get replies back from enough folks, I can start shipping - IF BlueFusion has sent me the funds for shipping at that time - if not, then everyone involved will receive a bill for $2.00 to cover postage and supplies prior to me shipping their items - no pay, no ship - fairly easy ;) I have no vested interest in this, other than to finally put this horrid GB to bed once and for all - and hopefully be able to ship drivers out to everyone who ordered them, and make them happy. Happy goes a long way towards the word Happiness, by the way - which is what I am shooting for on this dealio :)

I understand this, especially the shipping. I have no problem with that. Many of us have been very patient. ::)

However, IMHO, in addition to the refunds he is supposed to send out, I think it would be necessary for Blue Fusion to be responsible for paypaling or mailing each of us the shipping charges we are paying you, if he doesn't come through on your end;  before this will be "cleared up".

It's not a lot, but it's the principle of the thing! >:(

Whatever is worked out between you and BlueFusion doesn't concern those in the group buy, but he owes you, bigtime!

yes I would start a dispute. you can always cancel it later if he comes threw but you don't want to wait to long. If it becomes to late to start a dispute and the item doesn't come you could loose your money. =/

Blue will respond to you I'm sure, but who knows when.
 
I have posted this before but I think it is worth posting again.....

Once you have started a paypal dispute DO NOT cancel it until you have either the money or the laser in your hands. You cannot do a second dispute on the same item.
