I'm probably still never going to do business with you again, but I'm glad to see you're not actually a scammer, just a lazy kid who has a lot to learn about business and responsibility. It's very ambitious of you to start a business, but you've got to learn to follow through with things and be accountable for what you've started. I hate to sound like I'm lecturing, but I do hope you learned something from all this.

Forgive me for considering further action after waiting nearly 6 months for products that were promised 5 months ago, progress is good but until I get my refund my opinion of him wont change.

I will hold off on emails/PM's until I actually have everything in my possession. That way, there will be no raising of hopes, etc - I WANT this to go through, and to be concluded, but I also don't want to over-promise, and not be able to deliver if everything does not arrive.

Okay - NOW there is PROOF that someone other than just ME thinks I am smart :P LOL ! I am "patiently" checking the tracking info about every 45 seconds or so....huh ? ME, impatient ? Naw ! Just scheduling my clicks on the refresh button...maybe a little obsessive...hmmmmmm..... 8-)

GUESS WHAT ARRIVED TODAY ? A BIG FREAKING BOX FROM BF !! I will update the thread a little later on today - there will be NO work done tomorrow - since it is mother's day, and I like being alive...it's HER day to do what she wants - even at the expense of getting everything prepped !Sorry for the one more day delay, but it will be worth it - it LOOKS like everything is here - as soon as I hear back from BF or Dr. Lava on parts placement (last minute design changes) I will start sending out emails and PM's to all involved. THIS IS A GOOD DAY !!
 
This is good, however it's still very irritating that he took all that money from people for the parts and building and never did, and passed it off on someone else. Anyone who thinks it's 'clear sailing' now that you have gotten the parts should remember that without your arrangement, nothing would be getting done still, the very definition of a scam. How he continues to post on other forums, etc about being interested in buying things I have no idea, as he still has a debt to the purchasers on this forum, kenom for the problems it caused and now to YOU.
 
I agree mostly - I volunteered to do this, to get it done and over with - to try to help out Kenom with getting the remainder of his Kryton's sold off, too ! I initially joined up on this forum to learn, and to help others wherever possible - I lost sight of the help others part somewhere along the line - and am trying to make up for that a little bit. I am checking all the components to make certain that everything needed was shipped - it LOOKS complete - I'll check to see the parts placement soon.

How is BF actually paying you for all the postage costs? Has he relayed all the Paypal monies that everyone sent him?

Have you any idea what will happen about the extra expediated $20.00 delivery charge I paid because I haven't exactly got my peneth worth have I ?

I have only been given the parts - no funds at all. If there is any refunding to do - it will be his part to do so, I am merely distributing them instead of him.
