A few months ago I ordered the 100mW green laser from focalprice for $43. Instead they sent me a crappy flexy 3 in one red laser and flashlight magnet crap thing. They wanted me to return the item so They can send out the right one. I said screw the return it will cost more than the crappy little gadget was worth. I paid them the $3 for their crappy pen and they claimed to have given me a refund although I don't think they ever did (i had a lot of paypal transactions at the time and could not find it in the sea of payments)

Well today I was suppose to get the 50mW adjustable laser from them. SKU LP113B but instead I got a nifty wireless laser presentation device. WTF!!!! It is funny how they never accidentally send out a 500mW green laser or anything worth more than what I ordered. This is the second time this has happened! If I mail it back to them they will expect a tracking number. The cost of the return will be $25. The laser only costs $37. I demanded a refund or a replacement and I am not returning this POS. Fuckalprice!!

Moving on to DX. I ordered a Cell phone jammer for $100 . Crappy thing didn't work when I got it. They said to return it. I did so without tracking to cut down on shipping costs. The claimed it never arrived. I was out $100. I don't shop there anymore. They are crooks. Lying bastards. and Focalprice is starting to follow the same behaviors.
 





Yeah I just wanted to vent some frustration and warn people of what can and most likely will happen if you continuously order crap from them.
 
hey yob... you do know there are members here that are 11-16yrs old right? your title seems way out of line... no offence..
 
I'm pretty sure most kids are subjected to swearing everyday of there lives, and if they are old enough to own an illegal laser which potentially could blind them for life. I'm sure the f'word won't bother them too much :)

But I can see where the issue could arise.

Back on topic: Really sucks you got ripped off, what's more frustrating is the company does not give two monkeys. :'(

A little information that could be helpful about DX...

I've had to return items a few times, and they have a U.S. based return location so that you can send your package with delivery confirmation, which is not too expensive.

Also, if you upload pictures of your faulty item, and mention the cost of the return (and include the delivery confirmation tracking number), they will refund your shipping cost.

It's always a hassle to have to return something. But if your in the U.S. like I am, I can tell you that DX has been good to me with returns. And it is pretty easy to use their claim process on their site...

Thanks for the info jayrob, I did not know about that nor did they attempt to inform me of that. Most times I feel like I am in a college classroom when I read and post in this forum, sometimes I forget that there are middle schoolers here and while I know they are surrounded by this kind of language I do not want to contribute to their corruption. Thanks for calling me out Drew. I'll try harder.

It sucks to have to wait a month, or more, just to find out DX messed up the order.
However, not all Chinese companies are bad..LEDShoppe sent me someone elses order once. I emailed them about it and they apologized and sent my order out the next day. It got to my house within two weeks. On top of that, they let me keep the other order.
