thx for the support all. i have temporarily increase the donation goal b/c of misc. legal fees. if we can't reach the $600 it is not that big of a deal, but ideally i would like to reach this amount b/c of the misc. legal fees. lpf is in great shape either way

Did we reach the donation goal to quick or did LPF just become more work for you? :thinking:

not more work from a technical / systems engineering viewpoint, but this month i have some unexpected lawyer fees. any extra donations would go straight to paying lawyer fees. there is no emergency or anything but any support to cover these lawyer fees greatly appreciated=)

Don't worry I can inform them.

The legal fees mentioned are for consultation fees. It seems Crazy Jay is costing Avery Tarasov money already :crackup:

However, I do believe asking the forum to support you on this matter is a show of your character.
An administrator that doesn't follow his own rules is rather sad I'm afraid.

Allowing certain members to run wild is distasteful as well as faking updates and replacing computer parts of a server that isn't even near you just to look busy is an outrage in itself.

Avery you will be sued next month for a breach of contract among other things.
No lawyer can help you at this point.

People should know what really goes on behind this forum.
That explanation will come very soon after a few things are taken care of first.

the TOS provide very expansive powers to LPF including the sole and unfettered right to expel users and prevent their further access to the site for violation the TOS and also to take any action with respect to user-submitted information that LPF deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion, which, would include banning a forum member

please be reminded that it is a violation of the TOS to attempt to evade bans.
