check the IP adresses if you can, im not dumb enough to make a bunch of SN's to vote no for myself. i voted once, and i have no clue who that guy is, maybe a customer?

This needs to stop.
If you are about to make a comment harassing DAoO- forget about it. This has turned into a public (almost typed "pubic" hahaha) flogging. It is unnecessary and is now an issue that spans MORE THAN 5 INDIVIDUAL THREADS.
Ridiculous.
It's time to let it go.
We have already determined that DAoO has been dishonest.

What difference does it make that he is banned?
This issue should be left between those that have done business with him.

Edit: and this rampant Tag editing is really irritating. Grow up.

If the the fact (as you stated) that he is dishonest is true... why should
the Forum's reputation suffer by eventually being know as the Forum that
harbors dishonest sellers...

To vote or not is your right and I respect your decision whether I agree
with it or not..

This is wrong.
Bringing someone's personal life onto a public internet forum is grounds for a BAN in my opinion, regardless of the accusation.

I think it has been made clear enough what DAoO has done. Most if not all will know by now, and new members will surely see themselves.

If any action should be taken, DAoO should be stripped of sales privileges until he can prove that he is capable of honest business. Advertisements and links to his site should be removed.
I think this should be the maximum. Of course, it is up to C0ld.

It is just unnecessary to pollute the entire forum over this.
I haven't had anything new to read in a few days, and it seems like this DAoO crap is getting too much attention.

While I agree that the tags are immature, and it didn't need to be spread over multiple threads, he is still a thief.

Stealing is something that can send someone to JAIL, and some people here are saying it's OK that he stole once?? I think a forum ban is letting him off lightly. Can I go out and steal someones car, but as long as I do it only once it's OK? Who did he end up selling that stolen diode to? What happens if they track him down and ask where it is? Then all his clients are suspects, and if that is a possibility, I would NOT want anyone buying from him!

That's not directed at you RA_pierce, just a general pointer for the thread.

As far as I've read... all info came from Public Forums
available to anyone... There is nothing personal there..

I would like to know if there is a Time Stamp on when someone votes...
We can't really know when a vote was placed since the voters are placed
in alphabetical order and not chronologically...

IIRC... grover1 had not yet voted when I posted the question...

Ah.. I see. Didn't look too closely.

In any case, it is still unnecessary. It is clear that none of us condone stealing or dishonest business practices... but my point is just that we need to stop clogging up the forum.
I have no opinion in the matter and I couldn't care less if he was banned or allowed here still... it doesn't affect me.

I'm leaving this thread now.
