My 8x CR2 keychain, flexdrive set @ 300mA = 400mW. With Jayrobs awesome glass lense this baby burns anything it touches, i changed the keychain and replaced it with hand strap so it cant slip out of my hands accidentally because its so small, and got a nylon pouch for it!

Yeah. These are waiting for IgorT's tests to be done before I set them at their final current and list them for sale. 310mA is the lowest I have here. I set DeiselMarine's last one at 300mA. It puts out 400mW at 300mA with the Jayrob lens

With Jayrob's focus ring adapter they are sweet looking lasers

I just posted the info on two set at 310mA. One is putting out 415mW the other is putting out 490mW.

So probably somewhere between those two

Yes, or even more for a high efficiency diode...

If you look at FrancoRob's compilation graph of all known LPF 8X owners, you can see what most are giving in that range with my 405-G-1:
