Make a thread, we can get to a hundred for sure. If some big player like DTR jumps on this maybe we'll get to 500 too :)

I'd be interested in a few also. Thanks for organizing this!

Sorry for Double-Posting but do we have any new results out yet?

Jim

I got mine in but now its just waiting to have time between treatments -_-

I guess this ice storm is screwing up usps. My btu was supposed to get here yesterday too.

Lets hope that more results will boost the GB sales...! :/

So my results are in. I used the medium and low modes of my 3w 445 for about 2 minute duty cycles. I tested each of the four lenses I had (two 3-element glass, 1 g-series, and o-like one) five times on each mode. I threw out the highest and lowest readings and averaged the other three (which were all within a percent or so of each other). Unfortunately, I no longer have a red that can fit one of these lenses, so 445 was the only wavelength tested.

1st 3-element glass lens (Used as control):
-121.5 mw on low
-1250.9 mw on medium

2nd 3-element glass lens (Appx 5% better than the other for some reason):
-127.8 mw on low
-1331.9 mw on medium

G-series lens (not sure which one Rick Trent uses):
-151.3 mw on low
-1500.2 mw on medium

New O-like lens:
-150.5 mw on low
-1494.9 mw on medium
-Between 15% and 20% better than the 1st 3-element glass. Within 1% of a G-series lens (Unless Rick Trent is using these lenses already:))

As far as the dot, the new lens looks almost exactly like a G-lens. The shape is the same but the brightness is more uniform, instead of having a significantly brighter center like the g-lens does.

Hope this helps everyone and a big thanks to Grix for finding these and Madmacmo for purchasing them
