Yobresal

Re: Yobresal yeah he's a great something

yep he defenantly was retarded, oops, sorry, retired

as long as u did your part, he doesnt have a leg to stand on (dont know if that expression makes sense in english?)

Re: Yobresal yeah he's a great something

PLEASE don't send him anything until it hits 45 days... I have, on multiple occasions, lost packages for over a month, only to have them show up at random times... I have had packages, that had tracking, sit in limbo forever......all you can do is wait it out. You cant let punks like this get away with blasting you on the forums and demanding replacements..

If you send this person ANYTHING before 45 days have passed, I won't be your friend anymore ;)

His demands are unreasonable and NOT based in reality

Peace,
dave

I would make it 60 days...
45 days just like anyone else would need to wait
and 15 days... just because....:eg:

Nooby, if it turns out you need someone to pick it up from reno and reship to you, I can do this. I live in reno NV and know a few of the post office workers personally. (at about 3 different stations)

I should also mention that packages going to Silver Springs, and other small Cities near Lyon county USUALLY come to Reno first, and go on trucks that drive them out there, there is no airport anywhere near Silver Springs, the closest being in Reno...Hence the package being in Reno.

I wouldn't send this guy anything, and I hope he doesn't get the first one.
He sounds truely unstable.
Could you imagion what a person this dumb would do with a high powered laser?
Maybe things worked out for the best.

Possible I suppose, Yobresal maybe you should make a little test perse for the people interested in buying your lasers, as it is I guess you are handing out death rays to anyone with money and ability to surf the web.

Re: Yobresal yeah he's a great something

We've had a recent thread about this very topic as well. As much as I hate to say it, *if* the package is really missing and insurance wasn't explictly offered, I'd have to say the seller should return the funds, .....eventually.

Although with this guy, I would have a hard time doing so anytime quickly. :p

Why should he have to refund the $ if the buyer declined insurance?....

I'd drag it out as long a legally permissible... until he files a law suit in small claims and certainly would not send any replacement to this jackass at a discount. If anything I'd offer to send it at a 200% markup to cover insurance, shipping and handling:p

Re: Yobresal yeah he's a great something

Sorry the declining insurance thing was a brain fart. :D. I'll edit the post when I get home.

I was having a moment there. What I was thinking was not what I typed. :p This should worry me, but it's starting to become the norm. It might be time for me to get a CT scan. :o

Btw: Not that Luke needs more support here, but I have purchased several things from him, and he has been nothing but pleasant to work with.

No way this new and already banned user should be listened too.

Re: Yobresal yeah he's a great something

Stuff i sold averaged $10-20, so whenever i ran into people like this i just refunded them, told them to keep the item and to never buy from me again. I figured it was worth the $.50, and time i wasted on the item to never have to deal with them again.

Refunds are my magic solution to every problem.

It would be nice if USPS could have a "return to sender" button on the tracking #'s. So you could go on the tracking and click that button, and then next time the package is scanned through the system they are notified to return the package to the sender.

Then you could just refund this crazy bastard and just have the laser returned....if it's ever found.

"What ifs" aren't much help though....
