I messaged dx, i have a query i sent in about a month ago. I explained to them about this yellow pointer, they said they will contact the manufacturer for me.( i don't know how truthful that is but im trying because this pointer is sweet)

i dont think any one really bought the blue lasers from DX. if they did it wasn't like a big seller.

Is there any DX glue that you recommend for mounting the filters? or something else

I used super glue for tacking things in place then encapsulated it all with 5 minute araldite, both of which should be available in a local hardware store...

You can always by one from one of the laser sellers. That's the only, fast, easy way I know of.

In fact, the "filters" you used as beamsplitter are quarter wave plate, great for little experiment about polarization too (try with 2 crossed polarizer)

So to combine a red diode and a green module into a yellow laser? That would be interesting...

There's the standard aixiz for the red, but what about the green module? Wouldn't they come in a variety of sizes? I haven't seen a standard for those yet...

I have not had it apart tp check but I would hazard a guess that the red on the DX one is a chip type to keep it small..... I would like to see the first Kryton Yellow....What a set to own .....Red, Blu ray, Yellow and you might as well do a green , all in the same style case

Meh, you guys think too small.
Why not make a Kryton RGV, with some sort of awesome way to control the brightness of each element?
