Have a friend who is an energy drink addict. :-/ not good...

I don't drink anything but water and coffee though...love good coffee though...something about flushing down all those chemicals and coloring agents etc. just doesn't appeal to me.

Ok, only red bull vodka's are a go when I am out in town, but I usually just drink pure anyway, its healthier :...pretty ironic coming from a smoker though...

Im essentially a self proclaimed "energy drink connoisseur."
I have drank about 96 different drinks now, hitting the big hundred next time i get some
I chose other, as i do love monster very much, but i prefer Lost. Its made by the monster people for lost enterprises, who make skateboard and snowboard gear and such.

you guys need to drink REAL energy drinks like hunid racks ;D but its for hustlers only but since i only get those on occasion cuz they are not sold around here, if i were to choose one of those it would be sobe no fear. i cant stand monster, rockstar, redbull, etc. because they all have that similar taste that i despise ever so much. my favorite used to be WHOOPASS which was made by jones soda. i find it every once in a while but i'm sure its no longer mass produced

Here is the list of energy drinks I use in certain situations... ;D ;D

For early morning wrestling tournaments I usually drink a Monster or two. First off it is tradition to do so and second, I like the kick Monster gives me when I'm tired. It does make me a little shaky but it is worth it

If I just want something good tasting with not a whole lot of kick I reach for Bawls. It tastes great, but it doesn't have much of a kick.

I like amp when I am tired during the middle of the day because it usually picks me up and I don't crash for a long time.

If I'm really in a need for caffeine I eat a couple Foosh mints for a real punch. Each mint is equal to 1.25 red bulls in terms of caffeine. Too many mints can really screw you up though. I personally don't like to go over 3 or 4.

i have a natural immunity to caffeine and/or any energy inducing substance. also i am immune to sleeping pills (every kind) that are known to knock you out even standing up, but no effect whatsoever on myself. one time i drank 5 cups of coffee and 3 energy drinks (hoping to get insanely hyped) but not a hint of energy so i simply went to sleep. so i drink energy drinks for taste, and hardly any of them are even good, except hunid racks, tastes better than any beverage on earth!

Whatever's cheap at Big Lots (discount clearance store) and doesn't taste like crap (AHEM! redbull).  Typically the Full-Throttle line are a good choice, but I prefer sugar free (220 Cal for ONE can??  ).

crap + redbull = a bullshit drink! 100% agreed redbull is pretty much the worst. i dont understand how anyone could enjoy it.

they sell monster sized cans for 60 cents! its like heaven :]
ditto on the caffeine immunity though, i think have had too many (what is it, 97 now?)
i once drank a Cocaine (energy drink, of course) and fell asleep minutes shortly after.
also, today went up to convenient and saw a drink i had never seen before, its called venom, and its dr peppers stab at the energy drink market. tastes very similar to monster, but with a distinctive fruitier taste. being a fan of all things dr pepper, this pleased me
