A few more even, and true, i dont have it yet, for all i know it can be any of his random lasers.
But ill just expect it to be real, it does match with the storys he gave me earlyer (not enough power, needs more heatsinking, now it has 8 batts and a metal case)

Hopefully a vid of it working tommorow, then it should be in my hands maybe a week later, upon wich i will make&post pics and prolly a vid.
Ill also update the first post to say something along the lines of 'only do business with blue if you dont mind waiting, for quite a while'

so yay, more waiting

If you need to sue someone for your money back you have to contact the court in that persons area.

I had to sue someone in Bristol PA. It's how I learned about what to do. If the person doesn't respond to the court papers then its an automatic win for the plaintiff. You have 5 years I think to make your claim.
 
i was pretty much about to buy a ticket to australia, its still an option, i can use a vacation, even if the intend isnt that relaxing

That would be cool to go there. I know someone who visits there maybe every two years. The thing is if you plan on picking up your laser from there... you could get arrested if things go wrong you know what I mean? You could always go there after you filed for court so that way you won't get arrested. Better safe than sorry

Don't expect him to give out his address that readily. Australia covers about the same surface area as the US ....

I already received it ages ago trough a nice lpf member.

And yea, if i turn out picking it up in person, ill have to come up with some good way to sneak it on the plane

Hi Banana, you could always have that guy mail it to you. If you try to sneak it on the plane you'll loose it forever. Claim it as a Flashlight (gift) for 4 euros. Youre from the UK right?
 
If hes gonna go to AU he could Pick it up and mail it to him self no need to try geting it onto a plane and when he got home he could pick it up at the postoffice

Wouldn't you have to live there to send it?
 
i would not think so People do stuff like that all the time go on Vacation and mail stuff to them selfs so you dont have to deal with the plane i have Known a few people that have done this but non from AU
