I've been torn between many of the entrees but I'll vote for CDBEAMS entree. Simply because he drafted a proof of concept and stated the reasons for why he chose to do certain things in his design :) Good luck to everyone entering :wave:
 
THANK you ZRafflrticket and Will Manners. You will see a RED "Phoutain of Photons" out the business end. The more I think about it....the more I appreciate the idea of an side mount Green DPSS Aiming Laser....It will be a simple pen style....oh...100mW should do the trick. To keep it simple...something I rarely do...it will be a stand alone. It will NOT be tied into the unit Lipo....for the system voltage is 11.1 VDC....and all the monitors and status lights need no DC-DC converter. I am already short on space.

Lol for gods sake don't let the beams cross!! No I totally agree with meeting the needs of these crazy c mounts before any type of cosmetic enhancement is achieved. And the whole idea of using two of these is just awesome. Was a fight between jimmyoneye laser luzy and this. This won in my book for the insanity of being totally sane and doing what we all want to see. Big mw, and in a way that will be efficient, and safe.
 
YES !!!! That is the point !!! These C-mounts are a beautiful light engine....and to hammer the last photon out of the front....they need to be operated with great attention to detail.

Form must follow Function....that is true...And a future generation of the
" Law Giver " may look like the pic below...An artistic rendering....
" The Law Giver III " !!!
