Using ammonium nitrate appropriately = feeding the forest.
Using ammonium nitrate inappropriately = Timothy McVeigh in Oklahoma City, aka terrorist.
Using an RPG appropriately = national defense.
Using an RPG inappropriately = terrorist.
A photo of a person with an RPG where they are not using it inappropriately no more signifies terrorism than does a photo of a person using ammonium nitrate who is not using it inappropriately. One is not killing anyone, the other is not building a bomb.
Some posters are correct, without context it's hard to tell what's happening in a photo. But in both these photos, there is nothing to indicate the people in them are doing anything wrong, and statistically they're FAR, FAR, FAR more likely to be doing good things than bad. Ie, "defending homeland" and "feeding the forest", rather than "being a terrorist" and "building a bomb".
If it was the same photo of a woman holding some ammonium nitrate, but instead of a wool cap she was wearing a burqa, would you still feel the same way about her?
