The host is in good condition - No scratches.

Any more information that just "doesn't work"? Is is completely untested or is something known about the condition of some of the components? I'm interested.

I can toss in one observation -

Current is flowing through the tailcap when you press the button, and roughly 600mA of it.

Apparently something happened to it during shipping. Actually it's new from CNI with total run time of less than 5 minutes.

I'll consider the highest offer in the next 6 hours, current highest offer is from DJZ.

The other thing I can contribute is that when this was sold to me, it was sold as having a damaged lens (it had come off, and in the process of trying to reattach it, Dr.Laser got glue on the optics). So before receiving it, I also ordered a replacement lens. The replacement lens is here, and I didn't even install it (since it was apparent that no yellow was coming out of the unit).

I'm happy to include the lens for whomever buys this from Dr.Laser.

To clarify though, I'm not party to this sale. I just happen to still have the laser here with me, since it made more sense for me not to ship it back to Dr.Laser in the UAE. But I am happy to help this process out by shipping it to whomever Dr.Laser directs me to ship it to.

Wont CNI repair it if the laser was practly DOA?

IIRC They don't make these anymore but at least they could refund the money or offer to repair/replace it. Hell they can give another laser = to the value of this laser.

Edit: Aah I see. Some modifications were made as an attempt to fix it. Still though... They should offer a partial refund or something.

Warranty is offered but shipping it back using fedex was not an option for me.
I thought selling it here and get a perfect unit from distributor at later time is better option.

Though It was the prize of the banner design contest.
