Am I being "harder" on you than some others? Yes. You see, you have been proven untrustworthy and so must be held in check more solidly. You do have your supporters. Cool! Take care of them so that they do not need to go out into the community at large. EVERY one of them that has dealt with me after dealing with you now know that you are not their friend.

Last point with/for you. If your case is "normal" (a dead laser, TWO lost shipments, and a "paid" upgrade) then no one should be doing business with Tyler. I was actually hoping that your case was an exception.

Just as a matter of info for all, the courts have been very clear that anything sent to me becomes my property (unless it is copyrightable). I am free to do with it what I choose. If it is posted through a website such as this, it is no longer "private." You have allowed it to go through "public" environments and "given" it to me.

It is no longer YOUR private information.

Send NOTHING through the website that you would not say in a restaurant, in front of strangers (or a lawyer)
