^^ thats fine Dr Z- current plan is to do the bank transfer on next Wed- do you think the check will clear by then- if not, consider a bank check... some bank do these free- USPS MOs are ALWAYS FS $1.99
LaserFace George UPSed his bank check yesterday and it just now came-
with Xmas coming soon we dont have the option of delaying much longer- for this reason many have sent me USPS MOs same as cash at my bank--
all PJs will be ordered with the same transfer- those that are NOT getting LKRGB5s
will see delivery about 72 hours after DHL gives Linna our tracking-- BUT because the NOT usually analog -LK needs a week to 10 days to mod these for us- and they are reluctant to start until all are paid for ATM it looks like we have enough for the free upgraded mod but one moar would be great--
One member asked me how come some China sellers of RGB FULL COLOR PJs at about 1W are cheaper- thats easy to answer --you are mistaken-
here is why
Unlike Lk/Linna and JETLASERS /Gray who ONLY ship Lasers ALL overspec or at least spec-the rest send whatever-- are you willing to pay $80 usd to get your $$ back?? assuming you will--
and when LK sez FULL COLOR analog mod. that are NOT lying - the 'fine print' in most all 1W full color chi-jectors sez TTL-or has NOTHING there about the modulation and you CANNOT get full color from TTL- just seven colors-
nice BUT not full color
so even if we somehow knew these sellers stood behind thier products (like Linna or Gray or AixiZ) - I would be leery-
but afaik we do NOT know this-
& who else will promise 72 hr delivery ??
any offering 'free delivery' will NOT be using DHL Express
you box MAY get opened and inspected- w/ dhl (so far) that has NEVER happened( 3 GBs for L and 8 for JL, thats like 100 packages so far)
and NONE of the cheap 1Wers are 638 red- that makes a huge difference-- as it takes 2W of 660 red to be as bright to our eyes as1W of 635 638-- so a much improved white balance-- you get (sometimes) what you pay for--
I would have quit right after Lk GB #1 unless I felt my/our buyers would be NOT all happy campers-- ands so far they all are..
so if you want to find why all the fuss about projectors ???
get your MO or bank check in the morning and send with two day delivery- after friday your only choice is USPS MO delivered to Tx on or before next tuesday
for $248 you will be 'fall outta your chair' impressed- IF not- send the LK 3D to me and I will be VERY happy to mail you a check for $248- as long as there is NO damage still in original box and you do this before 30 days have passed= we have pics and vids of what this MINI stand alone PJ can do.... they are in the threrads=posted by t-mack amd also Linna- the vids look just OK- but in person these are MUCH nicer- the flicker and lack of bright reds is due to the cameras used- not due to the LK 3Ds-
@WendyLou - understood ...I checked & you are correct- MS or linnix only
mac and Pj soft are not friends..
old but still fine laptops are easy to find- 'erbody wants tablets or does their internet from their phone -- great! another dumb ass thing to do while driving-- duh!!
